CV Axle Assembly — Remanufactured Replacements

3,299 results · Remanufactured & OEM

CV axle assemblies (constant-velocity axles, also called half-shafts) deliver torque from the transmission to the wheels while allowing steering angles, suspension travel, and constant rotational speed regardless of joint flex. They're the highest-volume drivetrain failure on front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive vehicles past 80,000 miles, and replacing one with a remanufactured assembly is one of the most common DIY repairs in the segment.

CV axle failure follows a predictable arc: torn boot (weeks to months out) → clicking on tight turns (weeks out) → louder clicking on straight roads (days to weeks) → vibration on acceleration (days) → sudden loss of drive on one wheel (game over). Catching the clicking stage saves you the cost of catastrophic failure (which can damage the transaxle case, wheel hub, ABS sensors, and brake lines). Replacement is 1-2 hours per side on most front-wheel-drive vehicles. Score remanufactures CV axles to OE-spec: stripped to the bare bar, regrooved tracks where wear allows, new balls and cages, new boots (factory-spec OEM grade), packed with fresh CV grease, dynamically balanced before shipping. Available for left, right, front, and rear positions across 70+ vehicle makes.
