Welcome to Score Auto Parts. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of scoreautoparts.com and any purchases you make through the site. By accessing or purchasing from the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Definitions

“Score Auto Parts,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Score Auto Parts. “Site” means scoreautoparts.com and any subdomains. “You” means the customer or visitor agreeing to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, scrape or copy our catalog without permission, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or use it in any way that could harm the site, our business, or other users.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may need to create an account to place orders or access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Product Information and Pricing

We work hard to provide accurate product descriptions, fitment data, photos, and pricing. Despite our efforts, errors can occur. We do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, or pricing are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by an error, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order due to a pricing or availability error, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All orders are an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the listed total to your selected payment method.
• Some parts include a refundable core charge. The core charge is added to your order total at checkout and refunded when you return the old core in rebuildable condition under the Core Exchange Program. Standard product returns are governed separately by the Return Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from our US warehouse, typically within 1–2 business days of order placement. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address on the order.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Core Deposits

Two distinct policies apply, both incorporated into these Terms by reference:

• The Return Policy governs returns of the part you purchased (30-day window, 15% restocking fee, customer pays return shipping; we waive both for our-error returns).
• The Core Exchange Program governs refunds of any core deposit (30-day window, customer pays return shipping, no restocking fee). A core deposit refund is not a return.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it ships by contacting [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, it is treated as a return under the Return Policy.

9. Fitment Responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify that a part fits your vehicle before installing it. We provide fitment lookup tools and are happy to help — email [email protected] before installation if you are unsure. Returns of installed parts are not accepted under our standard return policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, product images, listings, and software — is the property of Score Auto Parts or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer

The site and the products sold on it are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied terms, conditions, and representations not expressly stated in these Terms or our Return Policy, including implied terms of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Score Auto Parts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it, including damages for lost profits, lost data, or installation labor. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Score Auto Parts and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

14. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
