About this part
Your CV (constant-velocity) axle transmits engine torque from the differential to the front (or rear, on AWD/4WD) wheel hub while accommodating both suspension travel and steering angle. Each assembly uses two CV joints — an inner tripod joint that handles plunge and an outer ball-style joint that handles steering angle — connected by a splined shaft and protected by rubber boots packed with high-pressure grease. Common failure symptoms include a clicking or popping sound during sharp turns (worn outer joint), a vibration that builds with speed (worn inner joint or bent shaft), a torn boot leaking grease, and a clunk on hard acceleration.
Each assembly is fully remanufactured to OE specification. We replace both CV joints with new components, install new neoprene boots packed with the correct grease for the joint type, balance the shaft, and pressure-test the boots before assembly. Every axle is dimensionally inspected against the original-equipment shaft length and spline count to guarantee a direct fit. ABS reluctor rings (where applicable) are inspected and replaced if pitted.

Why buy remanufactured?
Why buy remanufactured?
Remanufactured doesn’t mean used. Every unit starts as a returned core, gets disassembled to the bare housing, inspected against OE tolerances, and rebuilt with 100% new seals, bearings, and wear components. The result is a part that performs to factory spec at a fraction of factory cost — with a warranty to back it up.
less than new
Same OE-spec fit and function as a new part, at a fraction of the price.
tested before shipping
Every unit is bench- or hydraulic-tested for flow, leakage, torque, or pressure before it leaves the line.
on every unit
Backed against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails, we make it right.
